Heart Rate Variability (HRV) Test

The HRV is a fully automatic, non-invasive, computerized system designed for assessment of the nervous system using heart rate variations.  It determines your heart's ability to respond to daily stress and provides a score of your current level of health.

A lower score indicates that your body is not under a lot of stress and that you are in good health.  A higher score, such as 13-7, indicates the presence of high stress and less than optimum health .

Dr. Cohoon will use the information from this test combined with other scans to design the right program for you.  We can then come back to this test to see results as you continue your program.
